The breakfast was really good. Our room was nice and clean. The staff from the check in to the cleaning team was very friendly and helpful. I will be using Courtyard again.

Conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. This newly renovated property allows you to enjoy downtown Keene and easily visit the many natural wonders of the Mt. Monadnock region.

The location was located right near Main Street. It was located near the bike/rail trail and centrally located. The room was clean and big. The TV swiveled to make it easier to see it from the bed.

I was expecting a complimentary breakfast as is the case when we stay at Hampton inn so I guess I didn’t check that out thoroughly. The location was excellent and everything was very clean and comfortable though I could have used an extra blanket on the bed.

The manager - Tabitha (I think that was her name) was terrific. Friendly, knowledgeable, and upbeat.

Breakfast options and menu were great, my wife has a gluten allergy and there were options for her to choose.

front desk was extremely courteous I didn’t see any other staff and didn’t get to use the facilities but will return next week

convenient to downtown stores and restaurants being that the Bistro and Bar is no longer open. And the Hotel is very clean.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Really liked the complementary Showtime! Bathroom was clean and we'll equipped, aside from the hand soap at the sink. Very nice laundry facilities, maybe a bit pricey. The proximity to the food co-op worked out nicely. The hotel is also very close to Main Street with plenty of restaurant options to choose from.
